Rolls Bros. and their delicious rolled ice cream

Their specialty is the non-traditional preparation of rolled ice cream, which they were the first to bring to our market. Do you fancy cream, pineapple, strawberries, or maybe coconut Raffaello? That's not a problem! A cup full of delicacies that you choose will be rolled out with a spatula on the cooling plate. And right in front of your eyes.

Before founding the ice cream parlor, Jan started with the only stand with which he toured festivals and gained experience in the field of ice cream craft. The innovative approach, dexterity and determination to carefully select quality ingredients have paid off. A year later, there were already two of them, and the company grew into what the "rolling brothers" represent today.

You can visit their ice cream show in the Manifesto Market in Prague's Florenc. They also own their retail unit, which is located near the Wenceslas Square. Let it roll!
