We opened first POP-UP food court in Czech Republic at OC Stromovka
As a part of Stromovka shopping center, we created a funky POP-UP food court with smaller funky bistro concepts, with cooperation with the Lordship company. The concept of the pop-up zone was named PARKet, with the collaboration with Wellen creative agency.
In cooperation with Mirek Strakoš from Home Kitchen, we created an overall design of the space including custom furniture and a central TREE Bar of 26 m2.
At PARKET, we give a chance to new concepts and bistros, which we will gradually introduce here.
From daily fresh fish specialties from RYBISTRO GRILL, through low & slow barbecue from ROOTS BBQ, extraordinary Georgian dishes CHEESE N 'BOAT, phenomenal WAF-WAF waffles and cakes from Helena Fléglová HF PASTRY ACADEMY, to unique tea mixology with fair trade quality at TEAYO!, Poke & acai bowls from BOWLERS, rolled ice cream from ROLLS BROS and delicious pizza from DA ANTONIO.
You can also count with regular cultural events with live music and DJs on site.
