The reconstructed industrial space of the former factory is a suitable space for special events, workshops, seminars or product presentations. The space is also suitable for filming and photography, or can be arranged as a pop-up store.

The space with columns offers up to 450 m2 of space for your realization and a capacity of up to 600 people.

Conditions

  • Rent:
    • The rent is 40 000 CZK per day
    • The rent for other adjacent areas is according to an individual agreement
    • The price for preparation and deinstallation days (½ daily rent) is 20 000 CZK
    • The price for providing parking (50 vehicles) is 5 000 CZK per day
  • Services:
    • Heating 0,54 CZK / m2 (according to the total demanded area),
    • Electricity + lighting: according to actual consumption based on secondary meters,
    • Water / sewage: 500 CZK / day
  • Loud program is possible until 22:00, then it is necessary to respect the noise restrictions
  • It is located on the ground floor next to Kafe Pragovka and Pragovka Gallery
  • Prices do not include VAT
