Individual studios can be interconnected, so the capacity ranges from 30 to 170 people.
The space is located in a design and playful hotel, where in addition to meeting rooms you will also find a very pleasant restaurant and bar. There are playful elements in the space, such as arcade games, football or chess.
Conditions
- The rental price varies according to the size and needs of each client and ranges from 4.750 CZK to 27.500 CZK
- Rental times:
- All day rental: from 08:00 to 22:00
- ½ day morning rental: from 08.30 to 12:30
- ½ day afternoon rental: from 14:00 to 18:30
- Evening rental: from 20:00 to 22:30
- Outdoor parking space in front of the hotel is charged for 12 € / 300CZK per 24 hours
- Technical equipment for extra charge:
- Projector: 2.400 CZK
- Canvas: 470 CZK
- Sound system: 1.450 CZK
- 2x microphones, including sound system: 5.200 CZK
- Flipchart: 470 CZK
- The studio can be rented by another client before or after your event. Please observe the contractually binding hours of space rental.
- All companies performing external service at Mama Shelter must obtain permission before entering the facility.
- Prices do not include VAT
