The conversion of an industrial building of a former auxiliary sewage treatment plant, which operated for only 3 years at the end of the 60's, is the ideal venue for various types of events from parties, trainings, conferences, vernissages and exhibitions to catering events, private dinners, weddings or celebrations.
The space is flexible and the backdrop of the filmmaker's equipment store means that everything you need for your event is right here. We offer facilities for corporate and private events with the benefit of a highly flexible indoor and outdoor space.

- Rental price 2 500 CZK/hour
- Special price from 9-16 a.m. in the price of 2000 CZK/hour
- Reservation after signing the contract
- Interiors are non-smoking
- Cancellation fee 10 days before the event 100%
- Deposit according to the type of event 10-30.000 CZK
- Prices do not include VAT
