The office building heading to Štepánská Street will be ready to move in Q1 2024. 

Currently there are 2 full free floors and several smaller separate office spaces available. Each floor is 500m2 and can be divided into two separate wings of 250m2. These spaces can also be subdivided into smaller offices to suit your requirements. So if you are looking for a place for a smaller company, or just a part of your company, we can also provide you with the appropriate size. 

The offices can be accessed from the Lucerna Passage, which is accessible without restrictions 24 hours a day. 

There are two beautiful and spacious balconies on each floor. Each floor also offers several toilets and the possibility of a kitchenette.
