We offer you a unique premises of 40 m2 - 600 m2 suitable for gastro operation/bistro in the project of the newly built Smíchov City district, from the company Sekyra Group. The main artery of the project will be a pedestrian boulevard that will connect the northern and southern parts of the project, from the Na Knížecí bus station to the Smíchovské nádraží. The pedestrian boulevard will be 850 m long.

The pedestrian boulevard will offer residents and visitors an active parterre and a full-fledged public space. It will include pedestrian routes, supplies and a bike path. The territory will also be enriched by two parks with an area of 1.4 hectares. Both adjacent parks will differ in their focus. One of the parks will be used for sports activities, the other park will be downright relaxing, a natural amphitheater with tiered seating will grow here, suitable for theater performances and social events or a summer cinema. Both parks and the boulevard will offer 21,000 m² of greenery.

Smíchovský boulevard will be completed in 2026/27, as the second phase of the Smíchov city project together with office buildings for the headquarters of Česká spořitelna and other offices/residences. The first phase of construction has already been completed, and U Náměstí na Knížecí has thus grown two typical urban housing blocks, offering 405 apartments, 8,000 m2 of office and 6,300 m2 of retail space.

Direct connection to Smíchovské nádraží and a unique position that connects two subway stations B - Smíchovské nádraží and Anděl.
