Co-owner of dsp collective and the author of our commercial place concepts. He designs retail and food concepts for developers and property owners — from tenant mix studies to the economics of individual operations. He also sets the criteria a space has to meet to make it into our offer.

Head of Office Leasing
He heads office leasing. He represents owners of office buildings as well as companies looking for a new headquarters, and guides them through the whole process — from viewings and negotiating the terms to signing. He knows what matters in an office lease and where there is room to negotiate.
Gabriela Škodáčková
Head of Leasing
She heads leasing for retail, food and services. She puts the tenant mix together so that businesses in one project complement each other instead of competing. She judges concepts by three criteria: it fits the location, it stands up economically, and there are people behind it worth working with long term.

She represents brands and concepts looking for space to expand — the other side of the table from the one most real estate agents sit at. She knows the numbers a location has to deliver for a business to work there, and she spots a space with a good address that still will not add up commercially.

Leasing Manager
She handles food and retail inquiries from the first contact to handing the space over to the tenant. She knows the operational side of hospitality: what needs extraction and ventilation, which type of operation requires which building approval, and which technical details rule a space out before the viewing.

Head of DSP Experience
She heads DSP Experience — an event studio that delivers events from strategy to production. She comes from the world of retail brands, so she knows how an event is justified inside a company and what it has to deliver to work as a marketing tool, not just as a good night out. When you find a space with us and need a team to build the event as well, that is her domain.

She looks after the content of dejsiprostor.cz and the community around the places we manage. She builds the listings, writes the copy and is the author of the articles in the Magazine. She knows the spaces from the field — she sees them with her own eyes before they turn up on the site.
