Leasing Management
Ivo has many years of experience in the areas of asset management, investment and leasing. Before he started his own real estate and creative platform DSP in 2017, he had worked for Cushman & Wakefield and ING Real Estate companies. Ivo is mostly involved in creating strategies and concepts for new developments and projects such as food markets, commercial premisses or public space. Apart from his business activities, Ivo is also a passionate windsurfer and a proud user of Nokia 6310i.
Retail Leasing & Tenant Representation
Gabriela takes care of commercial premisses leasing, tennant representation and expansion on the czech and slovak markets. Before DSP, she had worked as a leasing manager for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. Gabriela takes great care of her clients and offers them a complex suite of services, such as contract revision, communication with landlord or shop design consultancy. Gabriela spends most of her weekends with her family, cruising around the country in a renovated VW T3 Wesfalia van.
Asset Management
Filip loves to build, manage and revive spaces. He creates functional, smart districts and he is in charge of their management and economics. However, when the situation calls for it, Filip doesn’t hesitate to lose his shirt and help on site. Before he joined the DSP team, Filip had been living in Brno, where he was managing the expansion of the Kofi-Kofi coffee trucks. When he has a spare moment, Filip loves to play a game of billiard or experiment with homemade kimchi.
Concept Development & Creative
The second Filip in DSP has a background in e-commerce and represents the creative side of our diverse team. Together with architects, he creates public space concepts and destinations, where people like to spend time and where they interact. He is able to breath a new life into an old courtyard and fill it with a suitable mix of retail and gastro tenants. Filip is an architecture and public space admirer, a devoted dad of two german shepherds and a kiteboarding lover.
Culture & Event Management
Natalia came to DSP from the world of retail, where she had worked foe many years in the leadership of Tous and the skin care department of Sephora. She gained experience with presenting new brands to the market, expansion a strategy of business relations. In DSP she's in charge of community and culture management of individual projects, from Latino nights to kid's skating classes. She is also the right person to manage your business or private event.<br>Naty loves baking, yoga, adrenalin sports and a cold glass of prosecco.
Project Management & Production
In 2012, Ondra co-founded “Pragulic - poznejm Prahu jinak!”, a project that has won several awards and became and inspiration for many other projects abroad. From 2016 he is involved in the realisation of Meltingpoint, a discussion forum that is also part of the Colours of Ostrava festival. Thanks to his extensive experience he is mainly in charge of production of individual projects and their smooth operation. Ondra is a passionate mushroom picker and a fotball fan.
Operations
Jirka takes care of finances, management of contractual relations with clients and controlling and reporting of individual projects. He is a reliable, universal and stable part of the DSP team. When not in the office, you will probably find Jirka in the gym mastering his Jiu Jitsu skills.
Retail Leasing & Tenant Representation
Marcela will find a great spot for your concept in any shopping mall. She came to DSP from Cushman & Wakefield, where she had worked for a remarkable 15 years. She was responsible for a wide range of transactions from strategy, marketing document preparation, to addressing investors and coordination of detailed due diligence. Together with Gabriela they create a well-coordinated leasing team read to help your brand with expansion on the Czech or Slovak markets. Marcela loves to spend her spare time dancing in the rhythms of Latin music.
Community Management & Gastro
Míša has gained valuable experience in corporate PR departments and smaller newsrooms. She cooperated with Czech Railways, where she regularly wrote reports from the Czech regions about forgotten traditions and local specialties in the “ČD Pro Vás” magazine. She also published her book “S chutí po Česku”. She traveled around the world and worked in famous gastronomic establishments to gain more experience especially in the field of gastronomy. At Dejsiprostor, she's in charge of Community Management, organizes smaller neighborhood get-togethers and keeps an eye on the latest trend in order to keep you guys informed. Míša loves quality coffee and artisan pastries.
Asset Management
Matěj has experience in real estate and investment banking, where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions of companies of various sizes. He lived in Toronto for a long time, while studying he started an app to help immigrants and students find long-term part-time jobs. He recently moved back to Prague and at Dejsiprostor he creates operating models for urban neighborhoods and other projects. Since his studies, Matej has been investing in stocks, real estate, and startups. His biggest friends are numbers, excel, and the Canadian wilderness.
