Stará Čistírna: A unique event space in the heart of Art Nouveau engineering, complete with guided tour options

An unfurnished event space inside a European-class Art Nouveau industrial landmark — a blank canvas ready to be decorated, themed, and lit entirely to your vision.

The main hall accommodates up to 300 guests and, with its cathedral-like industrial atmosphere and 16-meter ceilings, it is ideal for larger events that demand a unique setting. Four additional event rooms expand the capacity to 450 people. To give your event an extra dimension, we can arrange a guided tour of our 120-year-old underground chambers and the original technology preserved there. Both the above-ground and underground layout create a backdrop for event creativity found nowhere else in Prague.

This is a raw, beautiful space — and nothing more. Well, except for the functional steam engines (which can actually be turned on), a factory chimney you can climb and abseil down (from +30 to -3 meters), and plenty of space for creativity. On-site parking is available for up to 40 cars. There’s also a front garden for grilling and an 8,000 m² park behind the main building.
