Event villa in Prague for corporate events and parties
Elegant historical villa located in a quiet part of Prague 6 - Břevnov. This exclusive space is ideal for various types of events such as corporate meetings, conferences, weddings or private celebrations.
The area of the villa is 395 m² and including the outdoor areas can accommodate up to 500 people.
The capacity is from 10 people - the space has 7 lounges for up to 20 - 30 people and a large hall for 150 people. Total indoor space for up to 300 people and with an outdoor terrace with roofing up to 500 people. There is a public park around which can be used.
The villa offers representative halls with original architectural features, modern audiovisual technology and a fully equipped kitchen for catering. The grounds also include an adjacent garden that provides outdoor activities, and parking for guests.
The villa can be used for corporate conferences and seminars, weddings and family celebrations, cultural and social events, as well as for photography and filming.
Conditions
- Rental price from 1 000 CZK/hour
- The closed company covers the whole area. The exception is the courtyard, where there must be limited pedestrian passage through the park. These are mainly isolated persons.
- Rental day begins at 8:00 am and ends at 12:00 pm. Can be extended until 03:00 for a fee of 3,000-5,000 CZK per hour after midnight depending on the size of the event. Termination until 03:00, then the space is closed.
- From 22:00-6:00, it is necessary to observe the night quiet in the outdoor areas, the exception is the closed soundproof tent.
- When supplying your own hard alcohol, a maximum of 2l is allowed (no charge)
- When supplying your own hard alcohol over 2l, there is a charge of 500 Kč for each open bottle up to 1l
- When delivering your own wine we charge a corkage fee from 150,-Kč for each opened bottle of 0,75l depending on the type of wine.
- In the case of own drinks or own catering it is necessary to pay the cost of staff (There are always basic staff in the Villa - chef - operating - cleaning (15 000 CZK/day))
- Parking for about 10-15 cars, supply possible to the door without problem
- Prices do not include VAT
