A studio where the factory windows have been preserved, through which the space is filled with a lot of daylight. The interior is simple and variable, and thanks to this, it can be transformed according to your wishes.
The space is suitable for parties, meetings, conferences, press events, pop ups, photo shoots or cooking classes. The capacity of the space is 70 people.
Interior with cafe, bar and kitchen of 110 m². There is also an inner block with a size of 120 m2.
Conditions
- Rental prices:
- Monday to Saturday from 15 to 29 000 CZK / whole day (06:00 - 03:00)
- Sunday from 12 to 17 000 CZK / whole day (06:00 - 03:00)
- Possibility to rent for the afternoon / morning at a reduced price
- Possibility of hot and cold drinks. Price according to agreement.
- Bartender - 350 CZK / hour
- Cleaning after the event - 2 900 CZK
- After 22:00 the garden is closed and no one is allowed to stay outside.
- The space is accessible 24 hours a day
- By prior agreement, up to 5 parking spaces can be provided during the week and 15 on the weekend
- Prices do not include VAT
