Space for a restaurant in the newly developing district Na Vackově

In the parterre of the final 9th stage of the popular residential area Vackov, we would like to offer you a space for rent.

The unit is 409 m2 in size and is ideal for a modern family restaurant or brewery. The restaurant includes an outdoor terrace of 250m2.

The estimated completion date for the entire phase including this restaurant unit is late 2026, early 2027. Within this last phase, the residential area will have approximately 1,500 units, i.e. approximately 3,500 residents.

The other phases of the project are already fully completed and occupied. This is a residential project complemented by commercial space. There is, for example, an Albert supermarket, a Rossmann drugstore, a confectionery, a beauty studio, an Italian bistro and a kindergarten.

The eastern part of Žižkov, the former Staré Strašnice. This is Vackov, the area northeast of the former freight station, bordered to the north by the Jewish Furnace Park. This unassuming piece of Prague was given life by architect and builder Josef Vacek, who built the first houses for the workers of his brickyard and a school here. 

And the present day seems to be continuing his tradition - Horní Žižkov, as this part of Prague is called today, is going through a period of the greatest change in its history. The former freight station is being transformed into a new urban quarter that will provide a home for up to 25,000 residents.

The restaurant space itself is right at the entrance to the park Židovské pece.
