In the parterre of the final 9th stage of the popular residential area Vackov, we would like to offer you a space for rent.

The estimated completion date for the entire phase including this restaurant unit is late 2026, early 2027. Within this last phase, the residential area will have approximately 1,500 units, i.e. approximately 3,500 residents.

This unassuming piece of Prague was given life by architect and builder Josef Vacek, who built the first houses for the workers of his brickyard and a school here.
And the present day seems to be continuing his tradition - Horní Žižkov, as this part of Prague is called today, is going through a period of the greatest change in its history. The former freight station is being transformed into a new urban quarter that will provide a home for up to 25,000 residents.
The restaurant space itself is right at the entrance to the park Židovské pece.
