Corner space for restaurant with a garden overlooking the Vltava

The Danube House office building, which is the focal point of the entire River Side project, is undergoing a complete renovation.

The renovation of the building, including this unit, is expected to be completed during 2026.

We are looking for a successful concept interested in operating a thriving corner restaurant overlooking the bike path and the Vltava River to occupy the newly renovated space. 

The unit will have the option of a front porch and the interior space is approximately 350 sqm. It is possible to separate smaller spaces for other uses with this unit, so the area will be refined and possibly modified based on requirements.
