We offer you the possibility to rent a unit on the ground floor of the worldwide chain Motel One in Hybernská street, Prague 1. 

The motel as such provides only breakfast menu for its guests, therefore the owner is interested in a restaurant operator. 

The unit is almost entirely glass, one part facing Hybernská Street and the other part facing the hotel courtyard, directly opposite the hotel reception. The space is 396m2 and the possibility of handover is quite immediate. The hotel will be in operation from April this year. The capacity of the hotel is estimated at 800 - 900 hotel guests per day. 

Due to the height of the ceilings there is a possibility to build a mezzanine (second floor), but the decision will be purely up to the tenant.
