Business units in the modern BLOCK Karlín project

Welcome to BLOCK Karlín, a new residential building that combines modern architecture with the rich history of this popular Prague district. This innovative project will be completed in mid-2025 and will bring a whole new standard of living and doing business in Karlín.

Along with 98 residential units, the project will include commercial units on the ground floor, which we would like to offer you. These will be corner units, which will attract especially with their glass shopfronts. Both units will face the busy Sokolovská street with their own entrance right opposite the Urxova tram stop. There is currently the possibility of renting two different sized units, which you can see on the floor plan in the photos - marked in green. The unit sizes are 156m2 and 186m2.

There is already a first phase done in the BLOCK Karlín project, it is an office building offering a fully occupied office space of 7500m2.
