Corner unit in the BLOCK Karlín project

We offer you a corner space with glass windows for retail or services in the new BLOCK Karlín project. The space is located next to the dog park and near the bike path. The unit has an area of 73m2 and if you are interested you can rent a storage space and parking space. 

This newly completed BLOCK Karlín office building has over 7,500 sqm of office space and a second (currently under construction) part of the project will connect in mid-2025, providing 98 units for mid-term leases.

Upon completion of the residential part of the project, a pass-through courtyard will be created where it will be possible to operate a private terrace/garden with outdoor seating. Block Karlín will then become passable from Sokolovská Street right next to the Urxova tram station.
