MIMAMI: A new-generation event and community space
MIMAMI is a flexible, design-driven space located within the new Nuselský pivovar development – a distinctive, architecturally awarded location with excellent transport accessibility, right by a tram stop. MIMAMI is an ideal choice for brands and projects for which design is a natural part of their identity and that want to place their presentation in a visually strong environment. The space is designed to connect workshops, coworking, community gatherings, and a baby zone within one functional setting.
We offer the option to rent individual sections or the entire MIMAMI space depending on the type of event and number of guests. The rental includes access to the open space, including restroom facilities, a bathroom and gastro area, Wi-Fi, operational services, water throughout the event, as well as premium Doubleshot coffee and Sonnentor teas. Design chairs suitable for workshop setups are also available.
We are also happy to arrange tailored catering, professional babysitting when using the baby zone, or a photographer who knows the space well and can capture the atmosphere of your event.

Hourly rental: CZK 1,200
Full-day rental (9:00–17:00): CZK 8,200
Workshop Zone + Coworking Zone (60 m² + 20 m²) – ideal for training sessions, team workshops, or smaller events
Hourly rental: CZK 2,800
Full-day rental (9:00–17:00): CZK 18,200
Workshop Zone + Coworking Zone + Baby Zone (60 m² + 20 m² + 20 m²) – the baby zone is equipped with developmental toys for children aged 0.5–5 years
Hourly rental: CZK 3,800
Full-day rental (9:00–17:00): CZK 28,200
The price includes space rental and, for full-day bookings, also post-event cleaning. For shorter rentals, cleaning is charged at CZK 600. Event support services can be arranged if needed at CZK 500/hour.
