Who we are

The www.dejsiprostor.cz portal is operated by dsp collective s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 03720934, registered office at Revoluční 1082/8, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic. The portal has been in operation since 2017.

What we do

Dejsiprostor.cz is a curated platform for leasing commercial spaces — event venues, restaurants and gastro premises, shops, retail units in shopping centres, and offices. We select and personally know the spaces we present.

Listing of event venues

Owners and operators of event venues can list their space with us for an annual fee according to the current offer. We prepare and publish the presentation of the venue.

Enquiries from prospective clients go directly to the advertiser, using the advertiser's contact details. The advertiser handles all communication, rental terms and the rental itself. We do not enter into the dealings between the advertiser and the enquirer and bear no responsibility for the conclusion or performance of any agreement between them.

Other space categories

For restaurants, shops, retail units in shopping centres and offices, enquiries are processed by our team and we broker the dealings between the enquirer and the space owner. Our remuneration takes the form of a commission, the amount of which varies by the specific space and the scope of services — it is always agreed individually in advance.

Use of the website

The website content (texts, photographs, graphics) is protected by copyright. Copies may be made for personal use only; commercial use without our written consent is prohibited.

We continuously develop the website — parts of it may be temporarily unavailable and the offer of spaces may change; this does not give rise to any claim for compensation by users.
