The venue is ideal for lectures and business events, workshops and training sessions, masterminds, networking events, and panel discussions. It is also fully equipped for podcast recordings, interviews, and online streaming, with no need to bring your own production equipment.
Seating capacity is up to 100 guests. The space allows for various layout options, including theatre-style seating, club-style arrangements with round tables, or discussion and podcast setups. The final layout is always tailored individually to the type and character of the event.

Half-Day Rental
Price: CZK 15,000
Rental duration: 4 hours
Full-Day Rental
Price: CZK 25,000
Rental duration: 8 hours
Additional Hours
CZK 2,000 for each additional commenced hour
Rental Time Conditions
The rental period includes venue setup, the event itself, use of technical equipment, and final cleaning.
Any time exceeding the agreed rental period will be charged according to the price list above.
Hostess Presence
A hostess is required for every rental and must be present for the entire duration, from the arrival of external catering until the last guest leaves the venue.
Price: CZK 350 / hour
The hostess cannot be excluded from the rental, as she ensures guest welcome, basic organizational support, and the smooth running of the event. The hostess fee is not included in the rental price and is charged based on the actual duration of the event.
