- The rent is 30,000 CZK per day + minimum sales for the cafe in case of full rent and occupancy
- The price for providing parking (50 vehicles) is 5,000 CZK per day

- Electricity and lighting: according to real consumption
- Water / sewage: 500 CZK per day
Loud program is possible until 10 pm, then it is necessary to respect the noise restrictions
