1. Who we are
The dejsiprostor.cz portal is operated by dsp collective s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 03720934, with registered office at Revoluční 1082/8, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic (hereinafter "we"). We act as the data controller with respect to your personal data.

2. What data we process and why
a) Space inquiry
When you submit an inquiry form, we process your first and last name, email, phone number, and the content of your inquiry.
- Purpose: handling the inquiry and facilitating the rental of the space.
- Legal basis: steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Disclosure: we pass the inquiry data to the owner or operator of the requested space so they can contact you. The space owner acts as an independent controller with respect to this data.
b) Offering a space
When you offer us your space, we process your contact details and details about the space in order to assess the offer and negotiate cooperation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
c) Concluding and performing a contract
If a contract is concluded, we also process billing and payment data — for the performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to fulfil accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
d) Newsletter
We send news to your email only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), or to our existing customers on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, Section 7 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll.). You can unsubscribe at any time — a link is included in every email.
e) Website operation and cookies
When you visit the website, we process technical data (IP address, browser type) to ensure the website functions properly (legitimate interest); we use analytical and marketing cookies only with your consent — see Section 6 for details.
f) Protection of our rights
We may retain data from contracts and communications in case of a legal dispute (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Who we share the data with
In addition to space owners (see Section 2a), our contracted processors may access the data, but only to the extent necessary to operate the portal. These include the following categories: website hosting provider, the supplier responsible for website administration and development, our customer records system, our email dispatch tool, and providers of analytics and advertising services (Google, Meta — only to the extent covered by cookie consent).
Google and Meta may transfer data to the USA on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
We do not sell personal data to anyone.
4. How long we keep the data

5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, and to data portability; the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (including direct marketing); and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
