Braun Palace: A prestigious site for your events in downtown Prague

We have been offering the ground floor and the atrium courtyard for short-term rentals since 2019. Our clients appreciate the venue's unique atmosphere (it is located in the heart of Prague yet is an oasis of tranquillity), the unmistakable genius loci of the almost 650-year-old building and our top-quality conference, business meeting, social event and gala celebration services.

All of our premises, including the atrium courtyard, are multifunctional, and despite being a national heritage site with a history spanning several centuries, they are equipped with modern technology.

A Braun Palace-appointed contact person is present at each event to answer clients' questions and address their additional operational needs and requirements.

All of the premises available to rent are located on the ground floor of the building, with the exception of Salm Hall, which is situated in the basement. This makes them easily accessible, as there is no need to climb stairs or use the lift.

Braun Hall

This 106 m² room with a unique Gothic vault and direct access to the atrium courtyard is the perfect venue for events that need to be held both indoors and outdoors, yet in complete privacy.

Maximum capacity:

Theatre seating - up to 110 people

School seating - up to 56 people

U-shaped seating - up to 36 people

Salm Hall

This room offers approximately 89 m² of space and is located in the basement with a direct entrance opposite the New Town Hall.

Maximum capacity:

Theatre seating - up to 80 people

School seating - up to 42 people

U-shaped seating - up to 30 people

Atrium Courtyard

With a total area of 212 m² and a capacity of 200 people, the Atrium Courtyard is an ideal venue for presentations, speeches and artistic performances. It is connected to all utilities, including electricity, and features catering facilities, such as bars and counters. In the evening, the space is illuminated by lamps on the ground and first floors.

Marie Alžběta

Designed for meetings of top management or small groups of participants, Marie Alžběta is a modern space overlooking Charles Square/New Town Hall. It features a fully-staffed bar and audio-visual equipment.

Backrooms & equipment

Clients are also offered backrooms that can be used for catering or storage. Facilities include a newly refurbished kitchen, storage and preparation areas, a water and electricity supply, a cloakroom and a toilet.

Both backrooms can be accessed directly from the respective conference halls and the atrium courtyard.
