We offer two independent studios in Building E – 165 m² and 89 m² – both featuring industrial character and complete technical facilities.
The 165 m² studio has west‑facing windows overlooking Poštovská Street and offers a generous open space with access to a shared kitchenette, shared toilets and showers, in‑studio water supply and drainage, as well as central ventilation, heating, and air‑conditioning.
The 89 m² studio features windows facing the inner courtyard between the wings, providing pleasant natural light and a quieter atmosphere; this unit also benefits from the shared floor infrastructure and the same technical standards throughout the building.
