Kino Přítomnost, a functionalist boutique cinema with a bar

Kino Přítomnost is a boutique cinema in Žižkov with comfortable seating and a bar right in the auditorium. On 350 m², it accommodates 100 guests in a lounge arrangement, 150 in rows or standing, and another 20 on the balconies.

In this functionalist space, you will find a connection of original architecture, modern Czech design, and a floral installation, which together function undisturbed and create an exceptional cultural experience – a bar, a cinema, both at once and something more.

A tailor-made auditorium: furniture from the Czech brand Egoé can be arranged as desired, whether for a daytime workshop or a nighttime party. Daylight is a great advantage for all-day conferences, while automatic blackout allows for quality screenings even during the day. The acoustically treated space allows for musical performances even after ten o'clock.

Technology: a digital projector according to DCI requirements, Sony SRX-R515P with an XTC-M10 server for screening films in DCP format, BluRay/DVD player, BetaSP, a projection computer for video files up to 4K, satellite receiver, Dolby Digital 7.1 sound, and subtitle projection equipment.

Additional information: a representative lounge for catering can also be rented alongside the auditorium. Unfortunately, the auditorium is not wheelchair accessible.

• Whole evening: CZK 42,000 + VAT
• Until 5 PM: CZK 5,000/hour + VAT
• From 5 PM: CZK 10,000/hour + VAT, minimum rental period 2 hours
• Drinks and catering: drinks are provided exclusively by the venue, own drinks only for a corkage fee. We are happy to arrange catering, own catering is also possible.
• Parking: cannot be guaranteed, only by prior arrangement (maximum 2 cars)
