Gabriel Loci, mysterious event spaces in a former monastery

Gabriel Loci is the complex of the former St. Gabriel monastery in Smíchov, built in 1888–1891 in the neo-Romanesque style with decoration by the Beuron Art School. It offers seven halls, from a library for 60 guests to the Rajská zahrada with a glass ceiling for 325 people, plus a church, a bar, and outdoor spaces. It is suitable for corporate parties, conferences, fashion shows, theatre performances, and filming.

Rajská zahrada (553 m², ground floor): the main event hall with a glass ceiling that brings light and lightness to the interior. This unconventional space can be used for various events, weddings, conferences, and theatre performances. Theatre style 312 people, gala at round tables 288, party with bistro tables 325.

Lustrový sál (162 m², 1st floor): large windows bring light into the interior, while a coffered wooden ceiling with chandeliers gives the hall its uniqueness and grandeur. It is suitable for events, weddings, conferences, and theatre performances, and has excellent acoustics for concerts. Theatre style 133 people, gala at round tables 108, party with bistro tables 200.

Knihovna (82 m², 1st floor): right next to Lustrový sál. The walls are lined with original shelves, the ceiling is decorated with a wooden coffered ceiling, and the windows have colored stained glass. The best-preserved hall in the building with a magical atmosphere for smaller corporate events, private parties, or as a complement to other halls. Capacity up to 60 people.

Klenbový sál (153 m², ground floor): for conferences, corporate events, or parties, with direct access to the outdoor areas. Theatre style 126 people, gala at round tables 108, party with bistro tables 200.

Pitevna (96 m², 1st floor): a slightly spooky space, ideal for unconventional parties. Capacity up to 80 people.

Sloupový sál (128 m², ground floor): right next to Rajská zahrada, colorful marble columns create a unique atmosphere for film shoots and extraordinary corporate parties. Capacity up to 85 people.

Kostel (303 m²): the neo-Romanesque Church of the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary with charming paintings in the style of the Beuron Art School, ideal for wedding ceremonies, concerts, or other events. Capacity up to 130 people.

Services: catering, parking for 30 cars in a closed, guarded complex, accommodation at partner OREA hotels. For an additional fee, conference equipment (projector and screen 5.4 × 3.1 m, JBL sound system with mixing console and microphones, stage and RGB lighting, mobile stage) and a technician are available.
