An elegant historical villa located in a quiet part of Prague 6 – Břevnov. This exclusive space is ideal for hosting various types of events, such as corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, or private celebrations.

The villa's area is 395 m² and, including outdoor spaces, can accommodate up to 400 people.

Capacity starts from 10 people: the main hall Roma for 150 guests, 7 salons of 30–36 people each, and a wine cellar for 20–25 guests. The outdoor garden can accommodate up to 200 guests, and thanks to a heated party tent, it can also be used during the winter months. The villa is surrounded by a public park that can also be used.

The villa offers representative halls with original architectural elements, modern audiovisual equipment, and a fully equipped kitchen for catering. The premises also include an adjacent garden, which provides the opportunity for outdoor activities, and parking for guests.

The villa can be used for corporate conferences and seminars, weddings and family celebrations, cultural and social events, as well as for photography and filming.

Conditions

  • Rental price: from 1,000 CZK/hour
  • Exclusive use: applies to the entire premises. The exception is the courtyard, where a limited passage for pedestrians through the park must be maintained, mainly for occasional individuals.
  • Rental day: from 8:00 to 24:00. Can be extended until 3:00 for a fee of 3,000–5,000 CZK for each hour after midnight depending on the size of the event, after which the space closes.
  • Quiet hours: 22:00–6:00 in outdoor areas, with the exception of the closed soundproofed tent
  • Own hard alcohol: up to 2 l free of charge, over 2 l a fee of 500 CZK for each opened bottle up to 1 l
  • Own wine: corkage from 150 CZK for each opened 0.75 l bottle depending on the type of wine
  • Own beverages or catering: staff costs must be covered, the villa always includes a chef, operations manager, and cleaning (15,000 CZK/day)
  • Parking: for approx. 10–15 cars, delivery possible right up to the door
