Město moře is a newly built industrial space with a courtyard in Holešovice. The L-shaped space has 160 m² and can accommodate 100 people seated, 130 standing, or 64 people at tables. In addition, a courtyard of 120 m² is available.
Suitable for: informal seminars, workshops, courses, and celebrations.
Cooking: the space can also be used for cooking workshops. There are 18 hobs available, i.e. a table for four people, for up to 36 people.

Conditions
- Monday to Saturday: from 15,000 to 25,000 CZK for the whole day (6:00–3:00)
- Sunday: from 12,000 to 17,000 CZK for the whole day (6:00–3:00)
- Half-day rental: morning or afternoon at a reduced price
- Catering: can be arranged by agreement
- Bartender: 350 CZK/hour
- Post-event cleaning: 2,900 CZK
- Garden: closed after 22:00, no one is allowed to stay outside
- Access: 24 hours a day
- Parking: 2–3 cars on weekdays, up to 15 on weekends by prior arrangement
