Město moře is an original carpentry workshop in Holešovice transformed into a flexible studio of 110 m² for 70 people. The original factory windows have been preserved, filling the space with plenty of daylight. The interior with a café, bar and kitchen is simple and variable, so it can be transformed according to your ideas. There is also a courtyard of 120 m² available.
Suitable for: parties, meetings, conferences, press conferences, pop-ups, photo shoots or cooking classes.
Conditions
- Monday to Saturday: from 15,000 to 25,000 CZK for the whole day (6:00–3:00)
- Sunday: from 12,000 to 17,000 CZK for the whole day (6:00–3:00)
- Half-day rental: morning or afternoon at a reduced price
- Catering: can be arranged by agreement
- Bartender: 350 CZK/hour
- Cleaning after the event: 2,900 CZK
- Garden: closed after 22:00, no one is allowed to stay outside
- Access: 24 hours a day
- Parking: 2–3 cars on weekdays, up to 15 on weekends by prior arrangement
