The U Tří divokých kachen house is a classicist corner building on Husova street — a cultural monument with a history reaching back to the 15th century, just 50 metres from the Royal Route. Representative offices for a smaller team are being created on two floors, each floor for around 8 people.

Space: Vaulted ceilings, tall windows and parquet floors — the spaces keep the historic character of the house. They are currently undergoing reconstruction and will be available from Q1 2027. You can lease one floor or both.

Surroundings and transport: Staroměstská, Můstek and Národní třída metro stations are a few minutes' walk away. Betlémské náměstí and Karlova street are around the corner, and the Vltava is a few minutes' walk away.
