Scott & Weber Churchill is a cowork and serviced offices in the new Churchill building on Italská street, right above the main train station. The branch has 2,192 m² in a building with LEED Gold certification and views of the Old Town and Prague Castle.

• Private office: from CZK 9,000/month per person, a closed office for 1–20 people

For teams of 20 or more, Scott & Weber will prepare an Office Suite with its own branding or an entire floor.

Life in the building: Guests are welcomed by a reception on the 1st floor. For meetings you have eight meeting rooms (the largest for 18 people) and a training room for 24, and an event space for 70 guests for events. You sit on ergonomic Vitra furniture, make coffee in the community kitchen, and find smaller booths around the space for a quick consultation. You can access the cowork 24/7, and you can park your car in the building's garage with entrance from Dudova.

Surroundings and transport: Through the new underpass you're a few minutes from the Hlavní nádraží metro station (C) and the trains, the tram stops at the Viktoria Žižkov stop. For a walk you have Rajská zahrada and Riegrovy sady, and shopping is taken care of in the arcade with Lidl and Rossmann.
