Luxembourg Plaza is an eight-storey Class A office building right next to Flora metro station, on the border of Vinohrady and Žižkov. Life in the building: Reception will take care of your guests, you'll get into the building with a card, and security guards it around the clock. You can leave your car in the underground garages right in the building. Air conditioning is of course available, but you can also air the space through a window and draw the blinds against the sun. The offices are ready to move into — just bring a desk, chairs and your company logo. If you need a different layout, the space can be structurally adapted to your needs.

Surroundings and transport: Flora metro station (line A) and trams on Vinohradská are a few steps from the entrance, and you'll reach the city centre by metro in a few minutes. Right next door is the Atrium Flora shopping centre with shops and restaurants for lunch or quick errands. For a walk after work, you can stroll to Riegrovy sady.
