Scott & Weber The Park is a cowork and serviced offices on the 2nd floor of The Park office campus in Chodov. The branch has 2,519 m², of which 1,150 m² are common areas, and the building has BREEAM certification.

• Private office: from 8,300 CZK/month per person, closed office for 1–20 people

For teams of 20 or more, Scott & Weber will prepare an Office Suite with its own branding or an entire floor.

Life in the building: Guests are welcomed by a reception on the 2nd floor. For meetings you have eight meeting rooms (the largest for 14 people), for events the Central Park community zone with a café and a Night Bar for up to 70 guests. After work you can enjoy fitness, sauna or a golf green, during breaks darts or PlayStation. In the area you'll find bistros, a café, groceries, a dry cleaner and a car wash, and you can park your car directly in the building. You can access the cowork 24/7.

Surroundings and transport: Chodov metro (C) and the Chodov and Jarníkova bus stops are a few minutes on foot, Westfield Chodov is right next door. By car you're quickly on the D1 and in the city centre in about 15 minutes.
