LEASED | Offices with garage and reception, U Uranie 18

Metropolitan in Holešovice has seven above-ground floors and roughly 4,000 m² of offices. The owner is gradually modernizing it — the new reception and entrance hall were designed by SOA architekti. It suits companies that want a quiet address in Prague 7, a garage in the building, and quick access to Blanka.

Life in the building: In the morning you park in the underground garage with roughly 100 spaces, including visitor spots, and you can charge your electric car right there. On a bike, you ride straight into the bike room from the street without stairs, and right next to it you can shower and change. Guests are handled by the ground-floor reception, you get in with a card anytime, even on weekends, and the building is guarded by security. For lunch, you just take the elevator down to the restaurant in the building. The offices have air conditioning and windows that open.

Surroundings and transport: The Ortenovo náměstí tram stop is about 2 minutes on foot, and it's one tram stop to the Nádraží Holešovice metro station (line C). By car, you're quickly on the city ring road and in the Blanka tunnel. For lunch outside the building, you can go to Vnitroblock, just a few minutes on foot.
