You'll take the lower level as your everyday basecamp — work area, kitchenette, facilities. The middle one currently serves as a meeting room, podcast studio and storage. From the upper one you step directly onto the terraces, so shooting, a meeting or a break with a view is handled right on the spot. You'll adjust the layout to suit yourself: office, studio, creative hub or showroom.

Location and transport: Křižíkova metro station and trams within 5 minutes on foot, the centre a few minutes away. For lunch Jídlovice or burgers U Kohoutů, for pasta Sugo; for a run Rohanské nábřeží along the Vltava.
