• Shared desk (hot desk): from 5,000 CZK/month per person, any free desk in the Sprint Lounge cowork
• Private office: from 9,000 CZK/month per person, a closed office for 1–20 people with its own kitchenette

For teams of 20 people and more, Scott & Weber will prepare an Office Suite with its own branding or an entire floor.

Life in the building: Guests are welcomed by the reception on the 1st floor. For meetings you have eight meeting rooms (the largest for 24 people), for events an event space for 80 guests — both indoors and in the garden. In the Sprint Lounge cowork there is a café with coffee, sandwiches and salads, lockable booths for online calls, and in summer you can grill in the garden. You can access the cowork 24/7, parking in the building is limited and needs to be reserved.

Surroundings and transport: The metro and tram stop Křižíkova are a few minutes on foot. The area around Pernerova is one of the liveliest parts of Karlín.
