Rustonka R2, offices in Karlín, Invalidovna metro

Rustonka R2 is one of three buildings in the Rustonka complex in Karlín (together over 47,000 m² of Class A space), near the Invalidovna metro station. On the 5th floor there is a vacant furnished office for a team of approximately 35 people — furniture is included in the price, so you just bring your laptops and company logo, and everything else is ready. This is a sublease with the possibility to stay until January 2033.

Life in the building: The office has air conditioning, openable windows, shading and a kitchenette. In the morning you can arrive by bike and leave it in the bike room, park your car in the underground garages, and guests are welcomed by reception. For a break you have a shared terrace with a chill-out zone, and shops and services on the ground floor.

Surroundings and transport: Invalidovna metro station (line B) is right next to the building, so the city centre is just a few minutes away. Rohanský ostrov and the embankment along the Vltava river are just around the corner.
