At Galerie Moritz we'll arrange a stall in the arcade, a retail unit or a space for running services – from a small island unit to a unit for an established brand.

The centre in numbers: 40 rental units on four floors and 8,000 m² of retail space in the building of the former Prior department store, free parking.

The gallery is located in the building of the former Prior right in the centre of Olomouc and in 2025 underwent its biggest modernisation in more than ten years – a new floor as well as new shops.

The offer is complemented by shops selling fashion, drugstore products, electronics, household goods, jewellery and gift items.

Fashion and lifestyle concepts, drugstores, services such as a hairdresser or nail studio, and pick-up points all fit well here. The gallery is within walking distance of the centre of Olomouc, with a catchment area covering the whole city and its surroundings.
