We have available a stand of 15 m² on the ground floor of OC Nový Smíchov, currently in a condition ready for fit-out — you'll complete the space exactly according to your concept. If this unit doesn't suit you, we can also arrange a different size or location within the center, including a space for a gastro operation in the food court.

OC Nový Smíchov is a five-star center right at the Anděl metro station, with almost 160 shops on 85,150 m² of retail space. It's visited by over 20 million people annually.

The center's anchors are Albert, Zara, H&M, Reserved and C&A, complemented by the Cinema City multiplex with 12 screens and Datart. Sportisimo takes care of sport and leisure.

The center stands directly above metro line B Anděl station, is also served by tram and buses, and parking is available on-site.

Rent is 80,000 CZK per month; we're finalizing the exact form of the space with the center's management. We arrange spaces for long-term rental, minimum one year.
