We have a 15 m² kiosk available on the ground floor of OC Nový Smíchov, currently in as-is condition for you to fit out to your concept. If this particular unit doesn’t suit you, we can arrange a different size or location within the centre.

OC Nový Smíchov is a five-star shopping centre right by Anděl metro station, with almost 160 shops across 85,150 m² of retail space. It draws over 20 million visitors a year.

Anchors include Albert, Zara, H&M, Reserved and C&A, alongside a 12-screen Cinema City multiplex and Datart. Sportisimo covers sport and leisure.

The centre sits directly above Anděl metro (line B), with tram and bus links and on-site parking.
