At Centrum Stromovka in Letná, we can arrange a stand, retail unit, or smaller gastro operation for you. Stands and kiosks range from 8–16 m², retail units from 25 to 160 m², gastro spaces around 40 m². Vacant spaces are available on the ground floor as well as upstairs.

The center opened in 2017 and offers roughly 100 shops across 15,700 m² of retail space and over 500 parking spaces. Above the shops there are 5,500 m² of offices, so people from nearby companies come here daily for lunch and to shop on their way from work.

The anchor of the center is a city Lidl, and you'll also find Sportisimo and local services here. It's not a fashion center — it's a place where Letná comes every day.

Concepts for everyday shopping and services fit well here: a café, a bakery, quick service with a lunch menu, healthy food, a florist, or a pickup point. The catchment area includes Letná, Holešovice, and Bubeneč, densely populated neighborhoods with high purchasing power. You can get here by tram from Strossmayerovo náměstí in a few minutes, or by car via Hlávkův most.

Rent starts at CZK 20,000 per month, and service and marketing fees are CZK 280 per m². We arrange spaces for long-term lease, with a minimum term of one year.
