The centre has over 18,000 m² of leasable area on four floors, 296 parking spaces on two underground levels and stands directly on náměstí Svobody in the centre of Teplice.

Among the tenants you'll find Sinsay, KiK, Terranova, United Colors of Benetton and the Rossmann drugstore; in autumn a Billa supermarket with a sales area of 900 m² will be added.
