Life in the building: You'll leave your car in the underground garages, which also include electric vehicle charging, and guests will be handled by reception in the entrance lobby. Heating and cooling radiate from the entire ceiling, without humming units overhead, and more fresh air comes in than is usual in offices. For a break, you can step out onto the green rooftop terraces or down to the lounge square with a fountain. You'll store your archive and things that shouldn't be in the office in the building's storage.

Surroundings and transport: Budějovická metro station is about a 15-minute walk from Orion, or a few minutes by free shuttle electric bus that runs around the area. For lunch, there's Vietnamese Dian from the guys behind Taro, or Italian Grosseto, and coffee at Parkofka by the park. A few minutes away are two parks — Park Brumlovka and Baarův park.
