Life in the building: You can leave your car in the underground garages with electric vehicle charging, and your bike in the bike room with facilities. You don't need to leave the building for lunch or coffee — there's a canteen with a café on site. You can hold a larger meeting or training session in the shared conference spaces for up to 200 people, and take a break on the rooftop terrace with a view of Krčský les forest.

Surroundings and transport: Roztyly metro station is a 5-minute walk away, right next to a bus terminal serving both city and long-distance lines. Westfield Chodov with its food court is one metro stop away, and there's a Costa Coffee and the Za Větrem restaurant just a short walk from the building. Behind the building begins a four-hectare park connecting to Krčský les — the largest green area in Prague.
