Commercial units for sale with a curated mix of services

In the ground floor of four new residential buildings in Jesenice near Prague, we are selling seven commercial units ranging from 50 to 158 m². Each is designed for a specific type of operation and composed accordingly of smaller units, which can be re-divided again if needed. The spaces have their own entrances from the street, some with arcades or space for outdoor seating. Apartments are being built above them, meaning customers who will shop and sit right under the windows.

Curated sale

We sell the spaces in a curated way: we want each one to retain the function for which it was designed and technically prepared. Priority will therefore be given to investors who will lease the space to an operation matching the concept. A second option is to buy a space that is already leased — we select the tenant with a suitable concept, and we sell you the unit together with a running lease agreement. This way, the street will function as a whole even after the sale, and you have the assurance that no direct competition or operation that would detract from the street will emerge next to you.

A corner gastro space with a terrace (approx. 160 m²), a café or wine bar (approx. 90 m²), delicatessen and bakery (approx. 105 m²), convenience food store (approx. 110 m²), health and beauty (70 m²), physical activities and services (approx. 95 m²), and a universal space for services (50 m²). The sales brokerage commission is paid by the seller — as the buyer, you pay us nothing.
