A new restaurant space is being created for lease at Celetná 25 in the historic centre of Prague. The address sits on a busy pedestrian route between Celetná, Štupartská and Templová streets, a few minutes from Old Town Square — both locals and visitors pass by.

The space will form part of a new aparthotel developed by Adrez. It offers a total of 476 sqm — the guest area on the ground floor with adjoining facilities in the basement. If needed, it can be divided into two separate units, with pricing handled individually.

There is a hotel in the building and the owner would welcome an operator able to serve breakfast to hotel guests — giving you guaranteed footfall from early morning, independent of street traffic.

The premises are handed over in shell & core condition, with bare floors and walls. Interior equipment and construction work are arranged by the tenant, including final building approval. Handover is planned for November to December 2026, with target opening in the second quarter of 2027. Allow three to six months for the interior.
