Next door, the headquarters of Česká spořitelna and ČEZ for 7,000 employees will be built. The first phase near Náměstí Na Knížecí already stands with 405 apartments and 8,000 m2 of offices.

Tenant mix: the concepts are curated to complement each other — coffee and brunch, healthy, Asian cuisine, burgers and BBQ, Mediterranean cuisine, modern beer bar, central bar and specialty retail; the building also includes an Albert supermarket and a drugstore.
