Spaces from 117 to 216 m² for a restaurant or bistro in Platforma 5, a project being developed as part of the Smíchov City district by Sekyra Group. Each unit will be two-storey with a glazed shopfront spanning two floors. The mezzanine covers roughly two-thirds of the lower floor, with the rest remaining open to full height.

What's prepared: the spaces are handed over in shell & core condition, and connections for gastro operations will be prepared at the unit boundary — ventilation, sewerage, and waste. Storage spaces in the building's basement can be additionally leased with the unit. Customer toilets are shared for the entire building, so you don't need to include them in your unit. The market hall will operate year-round, with central seating shared among all tenants.

Location and people: Platforma 5 stands right next to Smíchovské nádraží station, in a building with a 160-room hotel and a supermarket, on the south side of the new boulevard between the Smíchovské nádraží and Anděl metro stations. The first phase of the district near Na Knížecí square already stands with 405 apartments and 8,000 m² of offices, and the headquarters of Česká spořitelna and ČEZ will rise next to it. A P+R parking lot for 1,000 cars will be available on the roof of Smíchovské nádraží.

Tenant mix in the project: alongside the gastro units, there will be specialized food concepts, a newsstand, a florist, a café and central bar, an Albert supermarket, and a drugstore.
