Place and people: Pivovar 53 is an industrial complex of a former Holešovice brewery, today full of offices — during the day you have a clientele that doesn't need to go anywhere. The complex already has a Mexican restaurant from Together and EMA Coffee roastery; people come here from elsewhere for both, so you're not starting in an empty place. What's still missing is a light everyday lunch — we're looking for an operation that will complement the offering in the complex, not duplicate it. The tram stops right in front of the complex, you're a few minutes by tram from Vltavská metro station. The surrounding Holešovice is continuing to develop with new apartments.
